Welcome to Miniloop, a product operated by Invezo Finance, Inc. (“Miniloop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our AI workflow platform available through https://www.miniloop.ai and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

1.1 Account & Contact Information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and company name
  • Authentication data through third-party sign-in (e.g., Google, Supabase)

1.2 Workflow & Content Data:

  • Workflow definitions, configurations, and schemas
  • Input data and content you upload or connect to the Service
  • Workflow execution results, outputs, and logs
  • AI-generated content and structured outputs (JSON, CSV, markdown)
  • API keys, credentials, and integration configurations (securely encrypted)
  • Email content, metadata, and attachments from connected email services (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Gmail)
  • Calendar events and contacts from connected accounts (if applicable)

1.3 Platform & Configuration Data:

  • Workflow settings, prompts, templates, and validation rules
  • Schedule configurations and trigger settings
  • Chat history and conversational interactions
  • Version history and replay data

1.4 Usage and Analytics Data:

  • IP address, device type, browser, interaction history
  • Log data for diagnostics, system monitoring, and feature usage
  • Analytics through tools like Posthog and Supabase logging
  • Workflow run statistics, performance metrics, and error logs
  • Data collected through advertising pixels and tags, including page views, conversions, and interactions used for ad measurement and remarketing

1.5 Cookies and Tracking:

We use essential and analytics cookies for platform functionality and performance. We also use advertising pixels and tracking technologies from the following providers to measure ad performance, build audiences, and deliver relevant advertising:

  • Google Ads (Google Tag): Used for conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience building. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Used to measure ad conversions, optimize ad delivery, and build targeted audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: Used for conversion tracking, retargeting, and analytics on LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • X (Twitter) Pixel: Used to track conversions and build audiences for advertising on the X platform.

These pixels may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site. This data may be used by the respective platforms to show you targeted ads on their services. You may opt out of personalized advertising through each platform's ad settings or through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. You may also disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may limit features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Execute and manage AI workflows
  • Process and transform data according to your workflow configurations
  • Generate structured outputs and validate results
  • Improve performance and functionality of the Service
  • Provide customer support
  • Communicate updates, service notifications, and marketing (optional)
  • Measure advertising performance and deliver relevant ads through third-party platforms
  • Build retargeting audiences and optimize ad campaigns
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information only with:

  • Subprocessors and infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Fly.io) for hosting and processing
  • Analytics and monitoring providers (e.g., Posthog)
  • Advertising and remarketing partners (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) for ad measurement, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • AI model providers and third-party API services used in your workflows
  • Legal authorities if required to comply with applicable law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Parties involved in a merger or acquisition

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services to Miniloop (such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, or Slack), we access only the data necessary to perform your configured workflows. For example:

  • Microsoft Outlook: We may access email messages, send emails on your behalf, and read email metadata as required by your workflows. We do not store email content beyond the duration of workflow execution unless you explicitly enable output logging.
  • Google (Gmail, Sheets): We may read and write to your Google Sheets, access Gmail messages, and send emails as configured in your workflows.
  • Slack: We may send messages to channels or users, read messages in channels where our app is installed, and react to messages as configured in your workflows.

You can disconnect any integration at any time through Settings > Integrations in the Miniloop dashboard, which will revoke Miniloop's access to that service. To fully revoke access, you may also visit the third-party service's app permissions page:

5. Data Storage and Security

We host our infrastructure in the United States. We employ best practices such as:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • API key security and credential access control
  • Role-based permissions and audit logging
  • Rate limiting and access controls

While we take reasonable measures, no system is 100% secure.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain:

  • Workflow definitions and configurations for as long as your account is active
  • Workflow execution logs and results per your configuration
  • User contact and billing info for operational and compliance reasons

You may request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@miniloop.ai. Certain data may be retained where legally required.

7. International Data Transfers

If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards in line with GDPR and other applicable data transfer laws.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and portability
  • Rectification or deletion
  • Restriction or objection to processing
  • Withdraw consent (for marketing, etc.)

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
